1. प्रश्नावली का डिजाइन अनुसंधान का एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण और निर्णायक पहलू है क्योंकि अनुपयुक्त (अयोग्य) प्रश्नावली अनुसंधान, अकादमिक और राजनीतिक निर्णय लेने को गुमराह या भ्रमित करती है।
