Sprouted seeds of vegetables are said to be more beneficial, nutritious and lighter to digest than sprouted grains and sprouted pulses. The method of sprouting vegetable seeds is the same as that of sprouting pulses and cereals.

Similarly, seeds must have moisture in order to germinate, but they should not be waterlogged. After 24 to 36 hours you will see that the grains or seeds or pulses have sprouted.
How can you eat sprouts?
If you want, you can eat sprouts like this or you can eat them by adding chopped onion or cucumber, tomato, coriander, lemon, black salt, green chili or black pepper etc. These enhance their taste even more. If you want, you can also boil the sprouted grains first and then mix all these things in them and eat. Instead of throwing away the water left after boiling, it can also be drunk like soup. Or if you want, you can eat these sprouted grains by frying them, but frying them destroys many of their nutrients, so eat them in natural form.
