How Sprouts are prepared

Wash and clean the seeds of any cereal or pulse or vegetable thoroughly. After this, soak them in clean drinking water and keep them covered. After about 12 hours, take them out of the water and keep them in a clean cotton cloth and cover them in a mesh vessel or nugget. Where these utensils are kept, the temperature there should be normal. Seeds are not able to germinate properly in very low or high temperature. Similarly, seeds must have moisture in order to germinate, but they should not be waterlogged. After 24 to 36 hours you will see that the grains or seeds or pulses have sprouted.

How can you eat sprouts?

If you want, you can eat sprouts like this or you can eat them by adding chopped onion or cucumber, tomato, coriander, lemon, black salt, green chili or black pepper etc. These enhance their taste even more. If you want, you can also boil the sprouted grains first and then mix all these things in them and eat. Instead of throwing away the water left after boiling, it can also be drunk like soup. Or if you want, you can eat these sprouted grains by frying them, but frying them destroys many of their nutrients, so eat them in natural form.

Keep one thing in mind that do not keep 2 types of grains or seeds together to germinate in the same pot, because the germination time of two types of seeds is also different, so different grains or pulses Keep them in separate pots to germinate.

Sprouted Moong- Moong is the first name of pulses in terms of benefits. Eating moong sprouts gives great benefits.
