Aloe vera Juice Benefits (Skin Hair) –

Today, almost everyone knows the benefits of aloe vera and this is the reason why today not only aloe vera gel or juice, but aloe vera plant is also seen in many people’s homes. Today most of the people plant aloe vera plants in their home due to medicinal properties and benefits. Aloe Vera is also known as Ghrit Kumari or Quargundal or Gwarpatha in Hindi. Many benefits of aloe vera are counted. Many people have also felt good or positive effects of using aloe vera. If I tell my experience, I have used aloe vera on my face, hair and toes in winters… and in all these I have got good and positive results. I am sharing all those experiences here as well.

Aloe vera for skin- It is very beneficial for the skin. Many skin problems such as wrinkles, pimples, tanning, sunburn, itching, fungus infection, wounds etc. can be removed with the use of aloe vera. This is the reason why aloe vera is used in many good beauty products nowadays.

Aloe vera for hair- Aloe vera is also very good for hair. It nourishes the hair. With its proper use, problems like hair fall, dryness, white hair etc. can be removed.

♦ Aloe vera is also said to be good for diabetic patients. It is also believed to purify the blood. Along with this, drinking its juice can also reduce extra weight. Apart from all this, aloe vera is also said to be helpful in removing many stomach problems like constipation, gas, vata etc.

♦ But aloe vera juice should be consumed in limited quantity, as well as try to use homemade fresh juice instead of aloe vera juice in the market, because many chemicals or preservatives are mixed in aloe vera juice of the market, which cause more harm than benefits.

♦ Aloe vera juice should be drunk only half or one cup in a day. But in the first time, you should notice after drinking only two tablespoons. If there is no abdominal pain after drinking, or there is no allergy of any kind, or there is no other problem, then half or a small cup can be consumed daily (consult a doctor also).

Aloe vera for teeth- Many experts say aloe vera is also good for teeth. Some people say that gargling with aloe vera juice daily makes the gums healthy, brightens the teeth and removes bad breath.

Aloe vera plant- Aloe vera plant can be easily planted at home. Aloe vera whose leaves have small white spots is considered to be better. It is also said that the aloe vera plant which is two years old, or the plant which has started flowering, that plant has more good medicinal properties.

How to make Aloe Vera Juice- It is very easy to extract the gel from Aloe Vera leaves and make juice from it. Cut-wash the leaves, cut them into two parts and then take out their gel or pulp with the help of a knife. Wash that pulp again with some clean water, then grind this pulp or gel well in a mixer… Aloe vera juice is ready.

How to apply Aloe vera on Hair

Aloe vera juice can be applied directly to the hair or mixed with coconut oil. Mix aloe vera juice in coconut oil and apply it in the hair and shampoo it after one hour. Or coconut oil mixed with aloe vera can also be purchased from the market. Or you can also make coconut oil mixed with aloe vera at home and then use it easily anytime-

Method- Take out the pulp from the leaves of aloe vera and prepare its juice by stirring it well in a mixer. In another vessel, take the same amount or more coconut oil as aloe vera juice. Then put an iron or steel pan on the gas, pour coconut oil and heat it. Then add aloe vera juice to it and keep stirring it continuously for some time (about 10 to 15 minutes).

Then keep it in a separate vessel to cool down.. and after it cools down completely, filter it and fill it in a vial. Coconut oil mixed with aloe vera is ready. Massage the hair well with this oil with light hands and then shampoo after about one to two hours. It is good for hair. You keep this oil in the fridge and before use, take it out of the fridge and apply it to the hair after lukewarm or melted.


Use of Aloe vera on Skin

• Aloe vera is identified as a medicinal plant. It is considered very beneficial for the skin. Along with improving the complexion of the skin, it reduces wrinkles and also prevents rot. That is why aloe vera is used in many types of skin diseases.

• If you want, you can take out the gel from the aloe vera leaves and apply it directly on the face while massaging, or use it by making a face pack of aloe vera, or you can buy Patanjali or Dabur’s aloe vera gel and apply it on the face.

• Massaging the face with aloe vera gel every night before sleeping, or by mixing rose water in aloe vera gel, or by mixing coconut oil in aloe vera gel (wash face in the morning) removes the blackness of the face and enhances the glow. Wrinkles, spots and pimples are removed. This use of aloe vera is very good for the face.

• If there is any allergy or problem on the skin with any cream or any home remedy, then in such a situation, immediately adding coconut oil or rose water to aloe vera gel can be applied on the skin.

• If the toes are rotten due to getting wet or cold, then applying aloe vera gel before sleeping at night provides relief. (If you want, you can also apply coconut oil mixed with aloe vera gel).
