नारियल तेल बालों और त्वचा के लिए बेहद फायदेमंद है. नारियल तेल में बराबर मात्रा में नींबू का रस मिलाकर उसे गरम करें. गुनगुना होने पर इससे बालों की हल्के हाथों से मसाज करें. फिर एक-दो घंटे बाद बालों को शैंपू कर लें. बालों को स्वस्थ रखने का यह बहुत अच्छा और कारगर तरीका है. इससे बाल लंबे, घने, काले और मजबूत बनते हैं, साथ ही सिर से जुड़ीं कई समस्याएं भी दूर हो जाती हैं.

वहीं, एलोवेरा भी बालों और त्वचा के लिए भी बहुत अच्छा है. यह बालों को पोषण देता है. इसके सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल से बाल झड़ने, बालों का रूखापन, सफेद बाल आदि समस्याएं दूर की जा सकती हैं. नारियल तेल में एलोवेरा मिलाकर आप घर में अच्छा हेयर ऑयल बना सकते हैं, नहीं तो बाजार में मिलने वाला तेल भी खरीदा जा सकता है.
